Blending the harp, whistle, and guitar, Réagánta plays Traditional Irish jigs, reels, hornpipes, and slow airs with skill, beauty and a sense of fun. Their love and respect for the Traditions is evident as their solo and vocals harmonies infuse the ballads they sing with intense emotion. But they are equally at home with the humorous song, often teaching the chorus to the audience. Claudia keeps young and old riveted to their seats with stories that are as meaningful and fun today as they were many years ago. Regina and Claudia often combine the stories with music, song, and dance. The percussive sound of Step Dancing can be heard when Regina leaves the harp and dons her Step dancing shoes. And, she happily teaches and calls Ceili dances if the venue permits. Réagánta is at home in sessions, in concert performances, and small intimate venues.
