Nate Aronow Nextet
Following the release of their newest CD ‘Xpression’
last year, the Nate Aronow Nextet will be doing an energetic and varied show
of honkin’ originals and a few classic covers. Contemporary Jazz, Latin,
R&B, Trance and Fusion -- both vocal and instrumental tunes with some unexpected
turns, and a bit of humor and touch of attitude in the mix. The Nextet sports
some of Boston’s hottest jazz and funk players: Nate
on keyboards and vocals, Steve
Lamb on guitar, Steve
Cardoza on bass, Oscar
Arocha on drums, and Doug
Sondak on sax. And no other band
but the Nextet does “Bikin’ the Bike”!
